Are you a factory direct sales or a trading company?
We are a factory direct sales company. Since our establishment in 1990, we initially provided OEM services to world-class brands. Subsequently, we developed our own brand and accumulated a large customer base through excellent performance and quality.
How long does it take to complete the delivery of the machine?
For standard machines, in most cases, we have stock available in Dongguan, China. For non-standard customized machines, the delivery time typically ranges from 0.5 to 2 months, depending on the specific requirements.
What is the warranty period for these machines?
All our machines come with a one-year warranty.
Can I replace the out-of-warranty parts like electrical and hydraulic components myself?
Yes, all of these are internationally standard parts. If you need, you can purchase compatible spare parts from me, or you can also interchange them with components from other brands yourself.
